Medical Care Personnel are actively recruiting Healthcare Assistants for various sectors across the UK
Position Overview:
As a healthcare assistant, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or a senior healthcare assistant. You will provide care and support to clients with various needs, such as elderly, disabled, or chronically ill people.
You will assist them with daily living activities, such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Monitor their health and well-being, such as checking their blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and oxygen levels. Report any changes or concerns to the nurse or the case manager. Maintain accurate and confidential records of the care you provide. Follow the care plan and the policies and procedures of the agency and the client. Communicate effectively and respectfully with the clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
-Right to work in the UK
-Minimum of 6 months UK experience
-DBS registered on the update service
-Two recent clinical references
-Updated mandatory training
-Occupational health clearance
-Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred but not essential)
-Relevant qualification in healthcare (preferred but not essential)
