Position: Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Greater London

Location: London, Greater London

We are looking for Registered General Nurses to join our team and work in various healthcare sectors across the UK.

As an agency nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shifts and locations. You will also benefit from competitive pay rates and weekly payments.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for:

– Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with the NMC code of conduct and relevant policies and procedures

– Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans for individual patients or groups of patients

– Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed and documenting them accurately

– Monitoring and reporting any changes in patients’ conditions and escalating any concerns to senior staff

– Communicating effectively and respectfully with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals

– Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing activities

– Adhering to health and safety, infection prevention and control, and safeguarding standards and guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

– Valid NMC registration and pin number

– A degree or equivalent qualification in nursing

– Two clinical references

– At least 6 months of post-registration experience as a RGN in the UK

– Evidence of up-to-date mandatory training and immunisations

– A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one

– A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential)

– Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

– A compassionate, caring, and patient-centred approach

– Proactive, flexible, and reliable attitude

– A willingness to travel and work in different locations and settings
