Medical Care Personnel is seeking skilled Theatre Nurses to join our dynamic team on full-time or part-time basis, providing flexibility for those seeking variable shifts
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of the operating room and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
Collaborating with the surgical team to provide pre-operative care to patients.
Scrubbing in and circulating during surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
Monitoring patients’ vital signs and responding to their needs during surgery.
Collaborating with colleagues to maintain accurate documentation of patient records.
Participating in post-operative care and providing support to patients in the recovery room.
Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the theatre.
Requirements
-Right to work in the UK
-Minimum of 12 months UK experience in a surgical setting
– Valid NMC Pin required
-DBS registered on the update service
-Two recent clinical references
-Updated mandatory training
-Occupational health clearance
-Relevant professional qualifications
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic surgical environment
